Material

316L, comply with ASME Table DT-9(see parameters at the end),,DT-15,DT-18 . Low sulphur ASTM SS316L, S: ,<= 0.005%~0.017%.

Surface Finishing

We provide flexible polish selection in our BPE products. We offer mechanical polish finish ranging from Ra 32 (0.8µm) to Ra 15 (0.25µm). Electropolish is also available upon request.

All our BPE products are 100% carefully inspected through series of dedicate testing procedures, including

-> Overall Quality Inspection (includes reverse bends, flattening and flange testing, eddy current (non-destructive) electric testing).

Packaging

All ends of tubes and fittings are capped. All finish product will be packed to suit the special conditions for international deliveries.

Documentation

Our products are accompanied by certified material test report 3.1 as per DIN EN 10204 / ASTM A1016. Pre-material certification can be provided upon request.
