It is suitable for conveying high quality raw, pasteurized and organic beer, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, wine and Dairy
Food quality rubber hose, specifically designed for cleaning operations with saturated steam (up to +164°C) and hot water washdown services.
Delivery and Suction hose
It is also suitable for conveying fatty liquid foodstuffs.

Benifites-

The special structure, free from plasticizers and animal derived ingredients, reduces the risk of bacterial growth and contamination of the product conveyed.

The high-strength structure makes it perfect for unloading operations of process products, as well as for heavy-duty applications. The composition of the cover provides a good resistance to ageing and short contact with animal and vegetable fats.

The inner liner, specifically designed for conveying hot water and steam (up to +164°C), allows safe cleaning and disinfection processes.

Construction –

Inside-NBR, EPDM UPE rubber light colour, food quality, odourless and tasteless, mirror-smooth.
Outer Cover - rubber, blue colour and red Colour abrasion and weather resistant, smooth, cloth finish.

Plies of synthetic cord.
Embedded steel helix wire

EXCELENT TEMPERATURE RANGE-

20°C to +90°C.
40°C to +164°C.
Sterilization up to +130°C for max. 30 minutes.
